Kompilasi laporan, usul, dan pencalonan akan di hantar ke setiap ahli selewat-lewatnya 29 Julai 2020. Kami hanya akan mencetak 10 set laporan dan akan diedarkan kepada ahli yang hadir pada 12 Ogos 2020. QR code akan diletak di setiap meja untuk ahli memuat turun kompilasi laporan-laporan digital semasa AGM.
Compiled reports, proposed motions, and nominations will be sent to all members before July 29th, 2020. Only 10 copies will be available for distribution on August 12th, 2020. There will be a print out of QR codes on every table for members to scan and download relevant compiled documents during the AGM.
