Two MSNT Life Members, En. Awaldin B. Mohd Arif and En. Mohd Alamin B. Pardi (also one of the MSNT Board of Director (BOD)), have successfully passed the Department of Skills Development (JPK) National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) development facilitator course by the Centre for Instructor and Advanced Skill Training (CIAST). This course is aimed to help and strengthen the competency of facilitator to build up high quality NOSS and training curriculum according to the job standard which fulfills the national industry. The course enhance knowledge and provide new skills to both instructors in facilitation techniques and strengthen facilitator confidence in conducting NOSS development workshop. It also helps to develop instructors’ skills to train facilitators from public agencies, accredited center, and industry in developing high quality NOSS.
